Nitesh Ratnakar, M.D., FACG

Nitesh Ratnakar, M.D., FACG completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Wisconsin Medical School where he also finished his training in advanced therapeutic endoscopy. Dr. Ratnakar completed a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Chicago Medical School. He attended medical school at the University of Delhi / Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, India. Dr. Ratnakar has obtained board certification in Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine. He has been awarded the fellowship of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG). Dr. Ratnakar served as the West Virginia Governor of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) task force on innovations in endoscopy. Dr. Ratnakar consults on all aspects of digestive and liver diseases and has a special interest in therapeutic endoscopy, pancreaticobiliary endoscopy, colon cancer screening, nonsurgical treatment of hemorrhoids, and ablative therapy for Barrett’s esophagus. Dr. Ratnakar has special training and interest in Geriatric Medicine and provides expert care to seniors with digestive and liver diseases. Dr. Ratnakar has consulted on several high profile international patients from Russia, Africa, and India. Dr. Ratnakar is on the clinical faculty at West Virginia University School of Medicine and West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Ratnakar’s interests include tennis, traveling, flying, and charitable work.

Alddo Molinar, M.D.

Alddo Molinar, M.D. completed his residency and fellowship training in Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine from the Cleveland Clinic. He obtained his M.D. from the University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas, TX. Dr. Molinar has held leadership positions at several hospitals, including chief of Anesthesia at East Ohio Regional Hospital. Dr. Molinar has been married for over 18 years to Olivia Lynn Molinar, a Physician’s Assistant. He and his family are active members of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, OH and enjoy spending time with their two daughters and son.

Sam Nassar, M.D.

Sam Nassar, M.D. completed his M.D. at Damascus University Medical School. He completed his Internship and Residency training at Case Western University Hospitals. He finished his fellowship training at Allegheny Health System, Pittsburgh. He has privileges at Trinity Health System and WVU – Reynolds Memorial Hospital. He has office locations in Saint Clairsville, Steubenville, Glendale, Wheeling Pittsburgh, and Canton. Dr. Nassar and his wife have lived in the Ohio Valley for over 25 years.

Tesla Kinemond, FNP-BC

Tesla Kinemond, FNP-BC was born and raised in the Ohio Valley graduating from Shadyside High School. She earned her Registered Nursing degree at WVNCC. While practicing as an ICU nurse, she continued her education earning a Masters in Science in Nursing with a focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Tesla enjoys spending time with her fiance and their son. She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG). She sees patients in Wheeling, Wintersville, Weirton, Bellaire, and Glendale. She has privileges at Wheeling Hospital, WVU – Reynolds Memorial Hospital, and Weirton Medical Center.

Noelle Vossen, FNP-C

Noelle Vossen, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with clinical experience at UPMC and Allegheny General Hospital. She is a native of Marshall County and a graduate of John Marshall High school. She earned her BSN magna cum laude from Ohio University and her MSN with honors from Chamberlain University. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family, traveling, staying physically active, and most importantly cheering on her son at his hockey games. She believes in treating every patient like family with empathy, education, and respect. She delivers healthcare with heart because every patient deserves to be heard.
